ZIWOMAT SAB for varnished pieces
The automatic stacker ZIWOMAT SAB-HO is destinated to the one by one stacking of not bow-heavy workpieces. These pieces, arriving on a working level of about 850 mm from the previous machining unit, run into a parallel, vertical continuously turning lift, are lifted vertically to a height of about 1.900 mm, then cross-transported, one by one.
The pieces are lowered down so as to come near the upper edge of the highest on a belt conveyor with airing slit and, once a full layer established, placed on the hurdle car. The belt conveyor lowers for the distance of one stanchion until arriving on a level of 400 mm over floor.
