ZIWOMAT SAE-800/ 1200 description
he automatic stacker ZIWOMAT SAE, can be synchronized with the working cycles of previous machines. The stacker piles your elements lengthwise or in right angle to the rolling direction, wether the machined elements are long or short, light or heavy, wether you want them piled up one over the other or several pieces in the same layer. Adjustment of the stacker to different lenghts is only a matter of a few seconds and differences of 1 to 1,5 do not require adjusting at all.
The working cycles of the stackers are fully automatic in all functions. According to the working situation, piles are built with deported layers or with separating sticks, placed automatically on each layer before composing the next one.
The number of workpieces per layers are introduced by an adjustable counter.
Thanks to the careful pusching by the strokes, it is possible to handle neatly sensible and difficult profiles, without damage.
The "paternoster" chain solution rises the pieces in the maximum height, to assure the demanded height of pile (1400 or 1750 mm). Stack width is 800 mm/ 1200 mm.
