This ZIWOMAT SAK automatic stacker can be synchronised with the working cycles of previous machines. The stacker with two columns piles customers elements lengthwise to the rolling direction on the integrated rolling conveyor. Whether the machined elements are long or short, light or heavy, whether customer wants them piled up one over the other or several pieces in the same layer, our new ZIWOMAT SAK automatic stacker is adaptable. Adjustment of the stacker to different lengths is only a matter of a few seconds with the movable column. Stacking height and width are 1200 x 1200 mm. The working cycles of the ZIWOMAT SAK stacker is fully automatic in all functions. According to the working situation, piles are built with separating sticks, placed automatically on each layer before composing the next one, or b.ex. after 5, 10 layers.The ZIWOMAT SAK automatic stackers are reliable, sturdy constrictions.
