The automatic stacker ZIWOMAT SALV is destinated to the one by one stacking of not bow-heavy workpieces.
These pieces, arriving on a working level of about 850 mm (minimum 650 mm) from the previous machining unit, run into a parallel, vertical continuously turning lift, are lifted vertically to a height of about 1'700 mm.
The layer of pieces is made up in height, the complete layer then is transfered on the forks, forks lower down so as to come near the upper edge of the pile (beginning on a minimum level of 150 mm over the floor), where the layer is set down.
